How does your pricing work?

We’ve got options to fit every junk situation:

When you choose “BOOK NOW“:
– Pick a two-hour window that works for you
– Share your contact info and upload photo(s)
– Tell us about your junk (the more details, the better!)
– Let us know about any special circumstances (stairs, attics, etc.)

Our team will get back to you with an estimate and confirm your appointment if everything looks good to go.

Estimator Form:

We like to keep things simple. Our pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck. Think of it like a game of Tetris – we measure in quarters: ¼, ½, ¾, or a full truckload. (Fun fact: our trucks can hold the equivalent of six pickup trucks!)

For those heavy-duty materials like dirt, concrete, and gravel, we price based on volume, up to a maximum of one foot in height for a full truck.

We aim to be as straightforward as possible, but there are a few special cases:

1. Heavy Construction Material: For safety reasons, we can only load these dense materials to a maximum depth of one foot in the truck. This includes things like concrete, brick, soil, and tiles.
2. Moving and demoing of large items if needed. If you need a hand moving that new couch after we’ve cleared out the old one, we’re happy to help! Any substantial extra labor (like furniture disassembly, carpet removal, bathtub and shed pick up that require demoing and taking apart) is billed at $70/hr.

As much as we’d love to give you an exact price over the phone, our pricing wizardry requires us to see your items in person. It’s all about giving you the most accurate and fair price possible. For some single-item removals, we can provide an estimate, but the final price is always determined on-site.
